  struggled between 2 and 3 stars and gave 3 just because the pedicure always seems to last well and doesn't chip. never had a problem with a walk in, but the appointment itself doesn't last very long either. service is for the most part superficial and not very personable, several employees always gossip between each other while doing clients' nails. the salon is usually my first choice because of geolocation but I wouldn't make a special trip.
